  • Execution of the Sherpany Partner Program within the German market and the generation of referrals and new business through this channel.
  • Conduct market and prospecting researches in collaboration with the Channel Partner Program Manager and scouting activities to win new opportunities.
  • On-board new partners and train them on product updates.
  • Conduct periodic business and pipeline review meetings, visit jointly customers, and participate together with them to specific industry relevant events.
  • Provide overview status of partner commissions / partner certifications, as well as a partner status to the regional director and Channel Partner Program Manager.
  • Keep abreast of competition, competitive issues and products.

Job Requirements:

  • 2 years minimum experience with channel sales roles or similar positions
  • A very good understanding of Channel Partner business models and what roles Partners can play to help solve, sell, and add services with software products
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or Marketing or a comparable qualification
  • Tangible track record of generating growth successfully in a B2B Saas environment through channel partners
  • Enjoy scouting for new market opportunities and acquiring new partners that fit the company strategy and support future growth
  • Result driven; transparent and timely communication.

  • Strong plan and alignment abilities to execute strategy and respond to market needs
  • Situational adaptability and ambiguity management
  • Native in German and very good English language skills.
  • Self-motivated, have initiative and enjoy being part of a great team in an international organization

After 3 months

  • You have a clear action plan on how to increase our NB expansion through channel programs.
  • Clear overview of the partners you want to recruit and a strategy to win them.
  • Building your first strategic partnerships and have on-boarded them successfully.
  • You know how to leverage Salesforce for your goals.

After 6 months

  • You are driving NB through our channel program and management including all metric tracking.
  • You are generating 6 opportunities per week either a qualified referral to hand to sales (X to be defined after the first 3 months).
  • You have built Y strategic partnerships (Y to be defined after the first 3 months).
  • You organised your first Channel Partner Event.

After 12 months

  • You systematically are able to generate NB through channel partners.
