  • Preparation, execution and follow up for prospect meetings with enterprise customers from regulated and financial industry (and others)
  • Assume responsibility for technical and security questions of RFPs and RFIs from enterprise prospects
  • Take ownership for drafting a project plan/adjusting a template project plan with information obtained during validation phase of prospect to ensure successful project delivery for customer beyond expectation and shorten time to value for customer
  • Responsibility for documentation of prospect requirements in CRM and for translating those requirements into a sales quote, a project plan and a frictionless Customer Success Manager handover
  • Consult prospect on optimal implementation of state of the art meeting management including all areas of the Sherpany Azend® framework, including relevant training and certification
  • Deliver the technical integration of customer projects incl. Documentation according to project plan and/or customer requirements
  • Train and continuously enable the sales and customer success teams to self-sufficiently cover security and technical topics in future
  • Prepare, run and follow up of technical customer workshops (both prospect or customer stage)
  • Prepare, execute and test technical training for value added resellers
  • Set up processes, preserve information and train internal stakeholders to smoothen/facilitate hiring and onboarding on further implementation specialists
  • Identify training needs in the CHE Support team to add skills and capabilities for resolving more technical requests from customers
  • Occasional travel to customer meetings (<20%, ideally very little)


  • a university degree / IT Education and at least 2-3 years of professional experience in SAAS, solution selling, implementation projects or consulting
  • Experience in project management; both on the customer side and with cross-functional projects
  • strong communication skills and feel comfortable in dealing with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Fluent German and English (written and oral), other languages like Italian and French are a plus
  • a passion for sales, customer success and the successful implementation of logistics processes
  • a flair for identifying opportunities to simplify processes and solutions while maintaining customer satisfaction
  • Attention to detail and the drive to complete implementations successfully and qualitatively
  • an excellent work ethic and the ability to rise above yourself even under pressure
  • Willingness to travel occasionally (national and international)
  • Ideally based in Germany or Switzerland, but open for other European locations
