What you'll be doing:
As a Customer Implementation Specialist (CIS) you will be responsible to accompany Sales during the confirmation in order to have an joint view on with the prospect on what is expected from signing till go-live - invitation of first users.
You will support Sales and Customer Success teams in answering RFIs and RFPs as well as drive adoption of SSO, User Provisioning and other assets.
Your main responsibilities will involve:
- Preparation, execution, and follow up for prospect meetings with enterprise customers from the regulated and financial industry (and others), specifically those meetings that have a technical and/or security-related agenda.
- Assume responsibility for technical and security questions of RFPs and RFIs from enterprise prospects
- When technical implementation (User Provisioning, Co-Creation…) necessary or strong involvement in confirmation phase:
- Take ownership for drafting a project plan/adjusting a template project plan with information obtained during the confirmation phase of the prospect to ensure successful project delivery for the customer beyond expectation and shorten time to value for the customer
- Responsibility for documentation of prospect requirements in CRM and for translating those requirements into a sales quote, a project plan and a frictionless handover to the respective Customer Manager
- Deliver the technical integration of customer projects including documentation according to the project plan and/or customer requirements
- Train and continuously enable the sales and customer success teams to self-sufficiently cover technical topics in future
- Prepare, run and follow up of technical customer workshops (both prospect or customer stage)
What we'll love about you:
- You have an university degree / IT Education and at least 2-3 years of professional experience in SAAS, solution selling, implementation projects or consulting
- You have experience in project management; both on the customer side and with cross-functional projects
- You have strong communication skills and feel comfortable in dealing with customers and internal stakeholders
- You are passionate for Sales, Customer Success and the successful implementation of processes
- You have a flair for identifying opportunities to simplify processes and solutions while maintaining customer satisfaction
- You have attention to detail and the drive to complete implementations successfully and qualitatively
- You have an excellent work ethic and the ability to rise above yourself even under pressure
- You are fluent English written and oral communication; German, Italian or French are a plus
