The Sales & Marketing Specialist will help drive initiatives to make the department become more efficient, automate processes, work on realising a 360 degrees data based view of our customer journey and enable the team to execute the department as well as company strategy.
Foster data driven decisions by partnering with the Analytics team in building the right data setup and offering insights and analyses to the team on key business drivers, trends and operating metrics.
Analyse and optimise processes plus realise automation potential to increase efficiency and profitability of the sales & marketing department.
Drive accuracy and predictability by maintaining and developing further our forecasting standards and anticipating our hiring needs.
Support the CX team in building a system to track the prospect and customer experience and behaviour along the journey to deliver insights aiming at maximising the customer lifetime value.
Translate data into insights and actions, and communicate recommendations.
Work cross functionally with other departments to ensure the sales & marketing programs created are consistent with other organizational initiatives.
Own the sales & marketing CRM roadmap, processes and structure, including requirements engineering and solution design.
Innovate and implement strategies for enabling the sales & marketing team in process and tool adoption as well as understanding of relevant data.
Support team leads to develop a deep understanding of the regional market / sector dynamics and implications for the company strategy.
What we'll love about you:
University degree or relevant further education (e.g. Business informatics, Business administration, Information technology, etc.)
Approx. 2-3 years of experience in similar roles
Prior experience in an operations role ideally within sales & marketing or sales
Prior experience with process mapping, optimisation and automation
Good understanding of data structures and database design
Experience with relevant tools especially with Salesforce CRM
Excellent command of Excel formulas and google slides / PPT
Excellent English skills spoken and written
Prior experience in change management is a plus
What are the deliverables of the successful candidate:
Visual representation of as-is sales & marketing processes including tech-touch and relevant KPIs.
Analysis of gaps within the sales and marketing operations streams (Business Development, Business Intelligence, Growth Enablers, and Data Architecture) by interviewing the different roles within our team.
Launch of 1st CRM project with support from CRM team
Review of team leads’ main business questions and mapping of reporting needs
Creation of 1st year Operations Plan
Review of the Sales & Marketing Wikipedia and Gdrive use and setup
Supporting and documenting the formulation of the sales & marketing data strategy to be executed together with the Analytics team
