Sherpany is seeking a creator, a results-oriented marketer to join our Growth Hackers Team to bring our marketing campaigns to the next level. Leveraging the newest innovative digital and more traditional marketing tactics, you can put your business acumen into action by connecting our solution to the business model of target companies. You understand the industry-level trends in Italy and the challenges and imperatives of the Italian corporate world. Your focus is on today's corporate leaders and their meeting challenges, creating more personalised campaigns to start engaging with them in discussions and to guide them step by step throughout the entire customer journey.
Working within the Marketing & Sales Team you will be responsible for implementing and optimising marketing campaigns targeting your area of competence with the ultimate goal to generate growth. You will collaborate and work closely with the Content and Sales Specialists to ensure a timely execution of our ABM campaigns and their success.
In the ideation of your campaigns you will need to think strategically, to be creative, to be able to understand how to attract and engage with today's European leaders (CEOs, CXOs, VPs, etc.). You will also need to be well organised, have structure in the reporting and in the coordination with the teams, and feel excited to contribute to our mission and growth.
Boost our new business generation in Italy through the idealization, creation, and execution of account based campaigns (insights collection, campaign strategy, creation of content, choosing the right channels and formats, managing the budget, execution of the campaign, A/B testing, and reporting).
Planning: You are responsible for the planning and ideation of all marketing campaigns, the metrics and targets, and the related budget, as well as the coordination with the sales, sdr, and content teams. This requires a clear definition of the accounts we want to go after, their potential journey, the understanding of their specific problems and how our solution can generate for them a significant positive business impact. You also describe how we want to guide our prospects throughout their journey, planning if necessary A/B tests.
Execution: You ensure timely execution of all campaigns in coordination with all stakeholders in Italy. This requires a get it done attitude, effective project management skills, outstanding written and empathic communication abilities, as well as a good knowledge of the different marketing channels, both digital and more traditional ones.
Monitoring, evaluation, and reporting: You monitor and analyze all relevant KPIs and regularly report the performance of the different campaign stages to the Italian team, and recommend relevant actions based on your findings.
Being up to date in an evolving environment: You keep up to date with our product innovations and market news, with a particular focus on meeting management, enterprise customers, and Italian corporate governance.
You have 2+ years of hands-on experience with digital and traditional marketing campaigns.
You have a good experience on how to plan and execute specific ABM campaigns (1:few; 1:1) utilizing an omnichannel approach (from LinkedIn ads to SEA, E-mail and post, phone, social, in-person, and demand generation) and coordinating the necessary departments (marketing, sdrs, sales).
You are an excellent communicator in Italian and are fluent in English. You especially understand the psychology of c-levels and leaders and are able to create a connection when writing with our target audience to guide them through their different stages of the customer journey.
Experience working with different tools: Landing Pages softwares; Google Analytics & Google Tag Manager; email automation softwares (e.g.: Pardot); LinkedIn Ads; GoogleAds; SEO tools. Salesforce knowledge is a plus
You have an analytical mindset as well as a solid understanding of relevant numbers and KPIs. You are experienced in Excel and are able to report the campaigns performance effectively and regularly, with a personal interpretation of the individual campaigns.
As a growth hacker, your focus is on growth. You have an entrepreneurial thinking, a high degree of results drivenness, curiosity and are able to suggest out-of-the-box ideas.
You can work with other teams from remote and feel comfortable in coordinating different people, from different departments.
