Our team build and constantly improving a mobile and web based platform that allows effective choice making by digitally transforming meetings and decision making processes. In cutting administrative, organizational and repetitive work Sherpany`s platform is actively sparing resources like paper, shipping and transportation. Our headquarter is located in Zurich and we have offices in Lisbon, Berlin, Paris, Milan and Wroclaw.

Sherpany is looking for a new Sales Development Representative for the national market. The acquisition of new leads or customers, the establishment of sustainable customer relationships as well as maintaining contacts with existing customers are just as much part of her area of responsibility as the individual agreements with the Sales Executive Team and the follow-up of events including the maintenance of customer data.


  • Acquisition of new cooperation partners through direct search and active sourcing in the business social media area (linkedIn,Xing, etc.)
  • Qualifying pre-qualified inbound leads
  • Develop and nurture leads through sales processes
  • Analyze data to help improve sales processes and strategy
  • Coordinate with other teams to increase lead generation efforts
  • Work with the Sales Executive Team to achieve team goals
  • Work with the Growth Hacker Team to efficiently input and track data
  • Attend sales meetings for your markets and provide sales solutions for how the Sales Development team can support those local teams efforts

Job Requirements:

  • A successfully completed study (or commercial training)
  • First professional experience in sales
  • Communication talent paired with quick-wittedness - whether sales or small talk - you convince through and through
  • A high degree of initiative, self-employment and a careful way of working
  • You speak Italian at mother-tongue level and very good English
  • Excellent communication, Problem solver, Sense of urgency, Fast thinking, Frustration tolerant, Exceptional organization skills, Creative thinker & Team player
