The role:
As a UX Designer at Sherpany, you will be part of the Product Design Chapter. You will collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and UI Designers to make Sherpany a delightful product for Board- and C-Level Meetings.
In this role, you'll solve challenging design problems and develop easy-to-use user interfaces. Your decisions are based on user research findings. You create concepts, workflows, design prototypes, and optimize the user experience journey.
Together with the Product Managers, you help to define the strategy, objectives, and vision for the user experience, with a focus on your team’s area of the end to end product.
Responsibilities:
- Drive product usage through journey optimizations
- Architect solutions to support desired outcomes including pursuing the research, concept, prototyping, testing and iterating involved in reaching a confident solution.
- Collaborate with engineers to determine technical feasibility and iterate based on this where needed.
- Together with the Product Managers, help define strategy, objectives and the vision for the user experience, with a focus on your team’s area of the e2e product.
