Our team build and constantly improving a mobile and web based platform that allows effective choice making by digitally transforming meetings and decision making processes. In cutting administrative, organizational and repetitive work Sherpany`s platform is actively sparing resources like paper, shipping and transportation. Our headquarter is located in Zurich and we have offices in Lisbon, Berlin, Paris, Milan and Wroclaw.

Your Responsibilities

  • Compliance: definition and structure
  • Monitoring and optimization of internal processes
  • Compliance with external requirements
  • Suspension and implementation of internal training (e.g. money laundering, crossboarder business)
  • Supporting the Management and all departments in assuring the correctness of our terms in contract negotiations
  • Participating in different projects with colleagues from Operations, Sales and Marketing and assisting the teams in various legal questions
  • Creating, commenting and editing contracts with focus on the German market
  • Ensuring compliance guidelines and conducting legal analyses

Your Profile

  • Law student/degree with a good understanding of law and legal matters (especially the German law)
  • High-availability and a get-things-done mentality
  • Curiosity and eager to develop and share your knowledge constantly
  • Fluent in German and English, Italian and/or French would be a Plus
  • Work closely with others and have a creative and problem-solving mind
  • Self-starter and a quick learner with an autonomous working style
