What you will learn in this internship:

  • First-hand experience on planning, conducting and analysing a UX/CX research; project in a Software company, working alongside the CX and UX team;
  • You will gain experience in speaking to customers and marketing/sales related activities such as cold emailing outreach;
  • You will have contact with business tools such as Salesforce, Confluence and others which will be important in your career;

    You will support the team by:

    • Organising research projects, especially recruitment of users for interviews;
    • Analysing CX and research data, such as metrics and interviews;
    • Creating research reports;
    • Collaborating on research projects with others;
    • Participating in research-related activities, such as recruitment by doing outreach, interviews, minute taking and doing analyses;
    • Focusing on admin-related tasks, such as updating Salesforce and internal knowledge bases (eg. Confluence, productboard).

      What we will love about you:

      • You have some knowledge in various UX research methodologies, including contextual interviews, usability tests, personas, customer/user journey maps and surveys (e.g. via studies, such as Human interaction design, consumer behaviour/marketing, Psychology or similar);
      • You are independent and organised;
      • You are communicative, collaborative and open and you don't shy away from talking to strangers;
      • You are proactive and open to trying new ideas and methods (e.g. trying new user recruitment methods);
      • Language requirements: German and English.
